Our Policies
14 Business Day Return Policy Merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original box within 14 business days for a FULL REFUND (minus shipping, handling and tax). Further, you MUST contact PeMerri Designs via email or phone PRIOR to return of merchandise.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon receipt of merchandise, if item is damaged or not what expected, it is the buyers responsibility to notify PeMerri Designs within the ‘14 Business Day Return Policy’, in order to receive satisfaction. If it is past the 14 Business Day, a Merchandise Credit of equal value (minus shipping, handling, and tax) will be issued for future orders.
Repair Items
If an item needs repair at any time during ownership, regardless of Return Policy, PeMerri Designs will absorb the cost (not including shipping and handling costs) of repairing the item, providing it was not due to misuse, abuse, or neglect of care. Please contact PeMerri Designs via email or phone for instructions on how to return item for repair. Please include date of purchase, item purchased, describe in detail what happened to the item and invoice number when contacting for further instructions.
